Description
NSCS is hiring a Team Leader for its Reentry/ReNew Him Program in Boston. The role supervises and mentors the ReNew Him team, oversees recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, coverage, site assignments, and caseload distribution, supports recovery services and high-acuity cases, coordinates with courts and other external partners, and completes agency and funder reports. The position is full-time at 40 hours per week with some nights and weekends required, and requires personal and work experience with substance use disorder and the justice system, two years of acknowledged continuous sobriety, and a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
