Action for Children is hiring a Team Leader for its Monksfield residential service in Hexham, Northumberland. The permanent, full-time role pays £33,400 per annum plus an on-call allowance and involves leading and supervising residential care staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting young people, representing their needs, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and safeguarding requirements. The role also includes participation in an on-call rota across the Northeast cluster.
