The Packaging Department Team Leader oversees packaging-line operations, monitors production for safety, quality, and timely delivery, resolves minor technical issues, reports larger problems, and guides and motivates the shop-floor team. The role requires production-team-management experience, preferably in the food sector, technical problem-solving ability, clear communication, and willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.
