Description
The Shipping Team Lead collaborates with shipper and receiver teams to prepare, receive, load, and unload shipments; performs shipping documentation, software, and product-quality tasks; guides and supports the team; communicates priorities; escalates issues; troubleshoots complex problems; and participates in continuous improvement. The role requires four to seven years of related experience or training, no formal education, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
