Garmin is hiring a Team Leader to direct and coordinate Java backend engineering teams supporting Garmin Connect. The role supervises Java software backend engineers, oversees training and career development, helps design and develop APIs, and manages solution creation, estimation, project implementation, inter-team communication, and resources. The position requires strong Java, Spring Boot, REST, database, testing, and design-pattern knowledge, along with at least six years of relevant experience and leadership experience managing teams of four or more people.
