Curtins is hiring a Team Leader for its Civil & Structural team in Birmingham. The role is for an experienced, chartered structural engineer with strong client and people-management skills to lead projects, ensure technical excellence, represent the company with clients and collaborators, manage resources, follow quality-management processes, and provide technical support and training to team members. The position is part of a multi-disciplinary office working on education, healthcare, residential, and urban-regeneration projects across the Midlands and beyond.
