Description
NATO is recruiting a Team Leader to assist the Operations Coordinator in managing and leading a team of Close Protection Agents assigned to protect the Secretary General. The role includes daily tactical command of the escort team, operational planning, reconnaissance and advance missions in Belgium and abroad, crisis protection, security liaison duties, team mentoring, and information management. The incumbent must have at least six years of close-protection experience, firearms and physical-test qualifications, a valid B-category driving license, and advanced English or French with elementary proficiency in the other language. The position offers a three-year definite-duration contract, with possible indefinite extension, and requires travel and work outside normal office hours.
