Description
The Team Leader, Visual leads and mentors a merchandising team, translates the design vision into store execution, and supervises floorset, signage, replenishment, back-of-house standards, KPI analysis, and expense reduction. The role partners with the Assistant Store Leader, coaches associates on visual, operational, product, customer-service, and sales standards, and serves as Leader on Duty multiple times per week. It requires significant sales-floor presence, flexible full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and at least one year of visual, customer-service, or retail leadership experience.
