Description
The Team Leader, Visual leads and mentors a merchandising team while supporting the Assistant Store Leader – Visual. Responsibilities include communicating the design vision, coaching associates, supervising floorset execution, signage, replenishment, back-of-house standards, KPI analysis, expense reduction, and salesfloor alignment. The role requires significant salesfloor presence, customer and associate interaction, flexible full-time scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to serve as Leader on Duty multiple times per week.
