HUGO BOSS is hiring a Team Leader Wholesale for the French market to manage a portfolio of independent customers, lead and develop a sales team, and drive the distribution strategy for the HUGO and BOSS brands. The role combines people management, business development, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Marketing, and Sales Administration to ensure strong customer relationships, brand execution, profitability, and operational excellence. The position is based in the wholesale function with limited remote work available after one year of service.
