Dulcedo is hiring a Team Manager to lead, coach, and mentor a small team of Agents, support their performance and development, and help build a high-performing culture. The role includes regular one-on-ones, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, goal-setting, and development planning, while also representing talent directly and contributing to sales. Candidates should ideally have around five or more years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing and experience leading or supporting junior team members, although adjacent backgrounds are welcome. The position offers remote or office work, paid vacation, flexible schedules, commissions, bonuses, and salary reviews.
