Description
Civica is hiring a Team Manager to lead its construction department’s comprehensive renovation plans and an experienced team of eight project managers. The role oversees approximately 20–25 complex, long-term projects and is responsible for technical, financial, social, and people progress; project management development; client and process improvement; stakeholder collaboration; sustainable construction strategy; and negotiation and conflict management. The position requires relevant technical education, at least seven years of consulting or client-side construction experience, leadership experience, and strong project and financial management skills.
