Flexsys America is hiring an immediate Team Manager to support production at its Monongahela, Pennsylvania plant. The role directs and mentors employees, prepares work schedules, plans staffing, manages payroll time entry, handles disciplinary matters, leads quality and problem-solving teams, coordinates data and activities, and supports safe and efficient operations. The position requires at least three years of industrial facility experience, a high school education or equivalent, SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong mechanical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work 12-hour days and in all weather, and the ability to drive within the plant.
