Ford Motor Company is hiring a Manufacturing Team Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, complex manufacturing environment. The role oversees safety, quality, responsiveness, people, and cost objectives; manages labor, materials, and operational resources; leads cross-functional teams; drives continuous improvement and operational excellence; and develops future leaders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of progressive operations leadership experience, and experience leading a manufacturing function with 50+ hourly employees. It is an onsite leadership salary grade 6 position with medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage, and visa sponsorship is not available.
