The Deals Team Leader will lead a team of 10–15 professionals responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive investment banking transaction data and content. The role oversees team performance, operational excellence, strategic initiatives, change management, talent development, recruitment, and collaboration with global stakeholders. It requires experience leading teams, managing people and operational priorities, understanding workforce planning and finance processes, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. The position follows a blended hybrid work arrangement and is described as a Senior Associate career stage.
