Primark is hiring a Team Manager to oversee a store section or department in Lisbon and/or the south bank. The role manages commercial planning, stock, sales, standards, visual merchandising, daily task assignment, staff development, and customer service, while supporting the checkout area when needed. Retail experience is not required, but candidates should have strong communication, commercial, customer-service, and leadership skills; university study in business, marketing, commerce, or a similar field is valued, and nationwide availability is required.
