Description
Primark is hiring a Team Manager to oversee a store section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, sales, standards, procedures, visual merchandising, and daily task assignment to Retail Assistants. The role also supports the checkout area when needed and includes team development, motivation, and customer-service leadership. Retail experience is not required, but candidates should have strong communication, commercial, customer-service, and English skills, nationwide geographic availability, and preferably recent university studies in business, management, marketing, commerce, or a similar field.
