Primark is hiring a temporary, full-time Team Manager in Madrid to oversee a store section or department. The role is responsible for commercial planning, stock management, sales, company standards, visual merchandising, assigning and developing Retail Assistants, and supporting the checkout area. The position requires strong customer service, communication, commercial vision, and national geographic availability; prior retail experience is not required, while university studies in ADE, Marketing, Market Research, Commerce, or Marketing, and a good level of English are valued.
