Primark is hiring a Team Manager for its Wigan store on a full-time permanent basis, working five days out of seven. The role manages an allocated section or department, supports store operations, oversees tills or fitting rooms, organises and coaches Retail Assistants, and drives sales, customer experience, commercial planning, stock management, and visual merchandising. Candidates should have leadership and coaching experience, commercial awareness, talent-development skills, strong organisational ability, and problem-solving skills.
