Wiltshire Council is hiring a Team Manager to lead its Specialist Assessment, Intervention & Family Time (SAIFT) Team. The role covers operational management and strategic development of family time, care proceedings, FDAC, specialist assessment, and other intervention services, with responsibility for performance, quality assurance, workforce development, and service delivery. The position requires a recognised Social Work qualification and relevant management experience, offers £54,143–£56,293 per annum plus a 5% market supplement, and follows a hybrid working model.
