Description
Ford Motor Company is hiring a Process Coach to monitor and enforce manufacturing operating system standards, coach teams on SQDCPME objectives, resolve abnormalities, drive continuous improvement, support production flow and maintenance, manage work plans and system changes, and develop team members. The role requires a bachelor's degree, production experience, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to teach Ford Production System principles; lead Process Coach experience, a master's degree, and a Six Sigma designation are preferred.
