Description
Ford Motor Company is hiring a Process Coach to monitor and enforce manufacturing operating system standards, coach teams on SQDCPME objectives, resolve abnormalities, drive continuous improvement, manage maintenance and work plans, and develop team members. The role requires a bachelor's degree, production experience, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to teach Ford Production System principles; lead Process Coach experience, a master's degree, and a Six Sigma designation are preferred. The position is onsite, offers medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
