Modus Projects is hiring a full-time Team Manager to lead its Service Coordination team in South Australia. The role manages and develops Service Coordinators, oversees workflow, scheduling, service delivery, client and stakeholder relationships, operational data, onboarding, and continuous improvement, while promoting safety and operational excellence. Candidates should have leadership experience in facilities management or a fast-paced service environment, strong coaching and operational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and service management systems.
