Amazon Japan’s AGI division is hiring a Data Processing Team Manager to lead and develop a data processing team supporting generative AI development. The role manages hiring, performance, coaching, business processes, quality and compliance, data quality, office operations, partner collaboration, progress tracking, and reporting. It requires at least two years of management experience, business-level English, basic computer skills, compliance focus, and a bachelor’s degree; experience with process improvement, SOPs, project management, global organizational management, and AI or voice technology is preferred.
