Description
Ford is hiring an Industrial Engineering Manager to lead Industrial Engineering efforts and support production in a manufacturing plant. The role focuses on productivity improvements, line balancing, OLOT reduction, throughput gains, labor-cost and headcount initiatives, manpower planning, workstation and line-layout development, time-study planning, ergonomics, safety, continuous improvement, and union relations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and 3–5 years of experience, with MODAPTS certification, GSPAS knowledge, and Microsoft Office experience preferred. It is an onsite leadership salary grade 6 position with medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage, and visa sponsorship is not available.
