Lambeth Children’s Services is seeking a Team Manager for its Multi-Agency Child Protection Team on a fixed-term secondment of 12 months. The role leads seven LCPPs and four multi-agency leads, oversees Section 47 child protection enquiries, strategy discussions, child protection conferences, risk analysis, safeguarding procedures, and multi-agency decision-making. It requires a qualified and registered social worker with significant statutory child protection and safeguarding management experience, knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively with families and partner agencies. The position is full-time and hybrid, with the majority of time spent within the borough, and pays £61,686 per annum rising to £64,938 per annum including local working allowance.
