Assystem is hiring a Mechanical Flexibility Calculations Team Leader to report to Patrice, Group Head of Engineering Disciplines—Calculations. The role leads a team of mechanical-studies experts, manages technical performance and team development, contributes to production, control, and technical approval, maintains client and commercial relationships, supports proposal writing, and oversees safety and quality. Candidates need a university engineering degree in mechanical engineering or a specialized engineering school, proven management experience, and strong expertise in mechanical flexibility calculations using Caesar and Pipestress; finite-element calculation knowledge, Microsoft Office, English, and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge are advantageous.
