Description
Primark is hiring a Team Manager to lead a retail department, manage Retail Assistants, create schedules and rosters, support recruitment and development, oversee performance and absence management, improve product presentations, and optimize stock levels. The role requires coaching ability, commercial focus, Dutch language skills, experience in a fast-changing environment, and prior retail or hospitality leadership experience. Compensation is €3,558 gross per four weeks based on a 38-hour workweek, with additional benefits.
