Primark is hiring a Team Manager to lead a retail department, manage commercial planning, schedules, planograms, stock levels, and product displays, and coach, recruit, onboard, and develop Retail Assistants. The role requires strong coaching and leadership skills, a commercial mindset, Dutch language proficiency, and experience in a fast-changing environment or a leadership role. Compensation is €3,558 gross per four weeks based on a 38-hour workweek, with holiday pay, vacation days, a permanent employee discount, pension accrual, and other benefits.
