Description
Ford is hiring a production leadership role responsible for overseeing all shifts and crews within a department, enforcing manufacturing standards, supporting SQDCPME objectives, coaching teams, resolving abnormalities, planning maintenance, and driving continuous improvement under the Ford Production System. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, production experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure; a bachelor’s degree, broad production experience, Lead Process Coach experience, Six Sigma, analytical skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge are preferred. The position is onsite, offers medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
