Description
The Team Manager will lead and develop the Range Area Kitchen & Bathroom team, reporting to the Range Manager. The role owns people-related responsibilities such as recruitment, performance management, competence development, succession planning, and retention; contributes to business planning, range transformations, and product-development decisions; and collaborates with development teams, range areas, and the design department. The position is based in Älmhult, Sweden, and applications were due by 4 October 2026.
