Description
The Team Manager reports to the Department Manager and is responsible for driving operational results, monitoring KPIs, setting performance targets, developing talent, supporting colleague welfare, improving attendance, and allocating tasks through daily shift briefs. The role requires management or supervisory experience in a large-scale production or warehouse operation, preferably in food manufacturing, along with people-management, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, cost-model, budgetary-control, and pest-control-management experience.
