Description
The Retail Team Member provides guest service, operates the point-of-sale system, handles alcohol and tobacco purchases, promotes ABC products, merchandises and restocks shelves and coolers, receives and organizes deliveries, maintains a clean store, and performs additional assigned duties. The role requires regular onsite attendance, flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in varied store environments. No prior retail experience is required, although previous customer-facing experience is a plus.
