Description
The Restaurant Crew Member will provide guest service, take orders, prepare food, clean the restaurant, and follow Five Guys standards across the register, grill, morning prep, and evening close. The role requires energy, stamina, the ability to work at a fast pace, and strong team communication in an open kitchen. Shifts may range from a couple of hours during lunch and dinner rushes to eight-hour full shifts, with free meals, weekly incentives, a 401K plan, online training, and internal promotion opportunities.
