As a Nordstrom Rack team member, you will join a dynamic retail environment focused on creating a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include continuous movement and collaboration with teammates to maintain a welcoming atmosphere, manage salesfloor presentation, assist with various transactions (cashiering, fitting rooms), and contribute to overall store cleanliness and merchandising. Depending on the role, you might also be involved in receiving and stocking merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, and utilizing inventory management systems.
