Beecher's is hiring a full-time Team Member to work primarily at the Bellevue Square Mall location, with some shifts at the Overlake location. The role involves greeting guests, processing purchases, preparing and serving food, maintaining food safety, recommending products, upselling, restocking, cleaning, and cross-training in food preparation. Candidates need at least one year of experience in a high-volume café, retail, or food-prep setting, basic POS and till skills, strong communication and multitasking abilities, reliable attendance, and the ability to obtain a State Food Handler’s Permit. The position pays $17.25 per hour plus expected tips and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
