Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking a full-time, permanent Team Supervisor based in Barnsley. The role involves assisting the Branch Manager, supervising staff, serving customers, developing the customer base, improving profitability, building supplier relationships, and performing general warehouse duties such as stocking and order processing. This position requires previous experience in a trade environment, leadership skills, a customer-focused attitude, stock control experience, commercial awareness, and a willingness to handle various tasks.
