Description
Wawa is hiring a Team Supervisor to lead a shift, coordinate food and beverage service, handle customer inquiries, provide direction to Associates, enforce safety and store policies, and manage inventory, vendors, and cash. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, age 18 or older, reliable transportation, flexible shift availability, and strong communication and problem-solving skills; supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel is a plus.
