JACKS beauty is hiring an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead its online shop operationally, develop the E-Commerce strategy and roadmap, manage the E-Commerce team, and improve performance, conversion, customer journey, UX, merchandising, SEO, and technical processes. The role requires hands-on experience with D2C shops, Shopify, GA4, A/B testing, CRO, and digital merchandising, along with strong German and English skills. It is based in Berlin, requires at least three days per week onsite, and offers a 35-hour work week, professional development, discounts, and team events.
