Lely is hiring a Teamlead Project Manager Product Development to lead complex robotics and automation development projects and coach a team of project managers. The role follows the New Product Introduction process, coordinates multidisciplinary teams across software, electronics, mechanical engineering, and system integration, and manages project plans, budgets, risks, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Candidates need a technical master’s degree, at least seven years of project management or team leadership experience in technical development, and experience with complex product development trajectories. The position is hybrid, requiring at least four days per week on the Maassluis Campus, with a gross monthly salary of €6,500–€9,300.
