Loxone is hiring a Teamlead Software Development to lead a C++ software development team and drive the development of functions used in global automation solutions. The role includes technical and disciplinary leadership, project coordination, resource planning, mentoring, cross-team collaboration, candidate selection, and adherence to development standards. Candidates need an informatics qualification, several years of software development experience, preferably with C++, agile and GitLab/Jira/Confluence experience, team-leadership experience, strong communication skills, and excellent German and very good English. The position is a 38.5-hour contract with a gross annual salary of €70,000 to €95,000.
