The role includes full daily business operations, onboarding and trial-period support, and a planned progression to team leadership after the probation period, with a possible partner track. The position requires a completed tax advisor qualification, several years of tax advisory experience, expertise in tax and business advisory, DATEV proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
