Randstad Belgium VG is hiring a Technical Teamleader in Ypres to lead approximately eight technicians during a permanent night shift from 20:48 to 05:00. The role combines technical production support, troubleshooting, machine and installation monitoring, task coordination, technical escalations, training, and shift-based personnel support. Candidates need a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, relevant production experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and (electro)pneumatics; English and basic Dutch are required.
