Description
The Teamleader, Production oversees and coordinates daily manufacturing operations, leads production staff, manages workflow and scheduling, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. The role collaborates with maintenance and quality assurance teams, resolves operational issues, tracks production records and performance metrics, and supports continuous improvement and team development. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of manufacturing or production experience, and supervisory experience; a bachelor’s degree, Lean or Six Sigma experience, ERP familiarity, safety certification, and team leadership experience are preferred.
