Description
The role leads the dispatch and packaging areas and is responsible for the planning, coordination, and legal compliance of domestic and international customer orders. It covers road, air, and sea transport, customs processing, export documentation, export-control checks, SAP data maintenance, and continuous process improvement. The position requires a commercial or technical qualification with logistics, freight forwarding, or foreign-trade training, several years of relevant experience, leadership experience, knowledge of customs and export-control law, ERP and English skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
