The role manages commercial staff in the shipping department, coordinates and controls domestic and international shipping orders, manages logistics-provider processes and customer correspondence, handles complaints, transport damage, and returns, represents the customs officer, works in export customs clearance, prepares supplier declarations and proforma invoices, and monitors sanctions lists. The position requires a completed apprenticeship or equivalent in freight forwarding and logistics, relevant experience, customs knowledge, SAP and Microsoft Office skills, English proficiency, and a clear leadership style.
