Description
The role leads a team of bus drivers, serves as the primary contact for driving-service matters, maintains information flow, conducts employee interviews, and oversees driver-license renewals, service clothing, and operational order. It also involves selecting new colleagues, organizing onboarding and training, planning annual leave, coordinating internal and external communication, and handling special projects related to teamwork, operations, and passenger-friendliness. The position requires several years of experience in a transport operation, initial leadership experience, a Class D driving licence with a driver-qualification certificate, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and the ability to solve problems, remain calm under pressure, and communicate effectively.
