Niologic is hiring a Teamleitung Service Delivery KI-Projekte to lead a 2–4 person AI Service Delivery team. The role owns customer onboarding, service quality, SLA and contract compliance, customer communication, issue escalation, performance monitoring, and coordination with business leadership, AI engineers, and business development. Candidates should have customer-service experience, understand AI-system operations such as data pipelines and monitoring, and be able to explain technical topics to business stakeholders. The position is based in the AI.Village in Hürth-Kalscheuren, requires on-site work, and offers a permanent employment path with a stated takeover rate of over 90%.
