Description
The Lansing School District is hiring a TEAMS Skills Coach Lead to expand its restorative justice and school climate team. The role leads and coaches coordinators and facilitators, facilitates high-level restorative interventions and restorative justice circles, supports staff integration of restorative practices, designs preventive lesson plans, participates in district-wide professional development, maintains case documentation, and prepares bi-weekly data reports. The position requires strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, restorative practice knowledge, experience with diverse communities and school-age children, independent work, and technology proficiency.
