Description
Wabtec is hiring a Tear Down employee for its Grove City Engine Remanufacturing facility to disassemble diesel locomotive engines and components, operate hydraulic, hand, air, cutting, blasting, and washing equipment, move and inspect parts, record quality data, and perform safety, housekeeping, and preventative-maintenance duties. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience, the ability to work any shift and occasional overtime or weekends, and physical ability to lift, climb, bend, and wear personal protective equipment. Prior manufacturing, automotive or mechanical, crane, and forklift experience are preferred. The starting hourly rate is $23.10, with health, welfare, and retirement benefits available.
